Base pay range

Engineering Manager (hands-on coding) - team of 6

NodeJS, Typescript, React, AWS, Kafka (Backend leaning) - can come from any tech background

Central London - 3 days a week in office

Up to £130k base salary, c. £175k total comp including bonus and stock

Evoke is working with a publicly traded technology unicorn business in the b2b SaaS space that is looking to rapidly grow the number of its product engineering teams in 2024. This is likely a business you have heard of, and perhaps even used within your current role.

They are looking to hire hands-on Engineering Managers across a couple of different orgs within the business, but all will be working on complex engineering challenges at scale and managing full-stack engineering teams.

You'd be responsible for leading a team of top-class senior engineers, defining architecture and working cross-functionally with product.

This business has one of the best and clearest development frameworks for engineers and engineering leaders, with the progression being to Senior EM and managing multiple teams.
