Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  1. Manage your own client base, providing exceptional service to customers from the retail and subscription D2C sectors.
  2. Communicate effectively via email, phone, Slack, and face-to-face to address client needs.
  3. Process orders, liaising with internal teams like our warehouse and eCommerce to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Collaborate with our invoicing and reporting clerk to provide essential information for client billing each month.
  5. Work with prestigious retailers such as Argos, Selfridges, Tesco, Harrods, and Smyths Toy Store, ensuring compliance with their standards.
  6. Support team members by covering accounts during absences, fostering a strong team spirit.
