Location: Costa del Sol, Spain (Marbella & surrounding areas)

Contract: Autónomo | 3–6 Month Contract (with extension potential)

About Kitchen Pack

Kitchen Pack is an established business operating since 2004, specialising in premium kitchenware packs for interior designers, developers, and kitchen showrooms across the Costa del Sol.

We simplify the final stage of property furnishing by delivering fully equipped, high-quality kitchen packs, installed and ready for use, removing complexity for our clients and creating clear commercial value for our partners.

The Role

We are looking for a field-focused, commercially minded Sales Representative (autónomo) to help expand our presence with:

  • Interior design studios
  • Kitchen showrooms
  • Property-focused businesses

This role combines cold outreach, relationship building, and on-site visits, with the objective of building a long-term sales pipeline and generating consistent monthly pack sales.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable speaking with business owners, presenting a clear value proposition, and following up professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold outreach and in-person visits to interior designers and kitchen showrooms
  • Present Kitchen Pack’s services clearly and professionally
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active prospects
  • Identify opportunities for repeat and long-term partnerships
  • Follow up leads and manage opportunities through to close
  • Provide market feedback to help refine sales strategy
  • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions

Compensation
  • Base retainer (autónomo contract)
