As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives. You will be involved in the entire video production process, from production planning, on-site set-up, and filming as well as handling the whole post-production process. Additionally, you will be part of the creative process from the conceptualization of stories to planning content within the Social Media Team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and creative production, to create compelling and engaging video content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and engagement.

Specifically, you will help us grow our organic YouTube channel, Autohero Deutschland, where we publish weekly car reviews filmed in the Berlin area. Your contributions will be key in enhancing our social media strategy and engaging with audiences across platforms.

• Operate video equipment, including cameras (for example Sony FX-3), lighting, and sound equipment, during filming.
• Edit video footage, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects, using video editing software.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production, storytelling, and editing techniques to ensure the company's videos are current and engaging.
• Maintain video production equipment and manage video content assets, including archiving and organizing files.
• Ensure that video content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements, including copyright and usage permissions.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of video content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Proven experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing programs.
• Knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and visual effects.
• Understanding of social media content and video best practices for different platforms, especially YouTube.
• Knowledge of German and English is necessary; other languages would be a plus.
• Driving license.
