The quality of customer and market relationships will always be a decisive factor of success for companies. A young startup company for "Production of an innovative Ice Cream" is looking for a co-founder with experience in the field of marketing, sales and business development. We have produced a novel natural healthy ice cream and will soon launch this product to the market.

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for product marketing, distribution, sale and accounting.
• Media planning and development of creative marketing materials for print and online advertising and controlling the media budget.
• Creation and optimization of landing web pages for the professional marketing of the product.
• Independent planning and controlling of the development of online marketing strategies along the customer journey.
• Close cooperation with product management.
• Conception and elaboration of relevant marketing formats and content for lead generation (white papers, case studies, webinars, infographics, video, newsletters, etc.).
• Development and preparation of marketing materials for sales support (brochures, presentations, etc.).
• Control of external agencies and service providers.
• Creation of analyses and reports.

Your Profile:

• Very good university degree (M.Sc., MBA, PhD) in Marketing, Business administration, or Economics.
• You already have experience in classic product marketing including business planning.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in online marketing.
• Experience in creating high-conversion landing pages and email campaigns.
• Technical affinity and hands-on experience in leading marketing automation and/or email marketing tools.
• Analytical thinking and good conceptual skills.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
• Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written.
