A leading entertainment service is seeking a Media Manager in Berlin to develop advertising campaigns for the DACH region. This role requires over 8 years of experience in paid media strategy and management, focusing on innovative and efficient campaign execution. We are seeking a Media Manager to help us build outstanding advertising campaigns in the DACH region for our titles and brand. Netflix has been creating creative campaigns in DACH for over 10 years, and we’re looking for someone to help scale our priority campaigns within media.
This role will collaborate closely with our marketing title leads to ensure our campaigns deliver innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency at scale, while remaining impactful and focused where needed. The Media Manager will be responsible for media strategy, media planning (in partnership with our agency), and supporting those executing creative delivery.
You will develop best practices within both our media agency relationships and in-channel approaches that connect to our overall marketing strategy. You will maintain relationships with key media partners, build learning agendas, and help the team stay informed about the evolving DACH media market.
This position involves a high degree of consultation and partnership, requiring the ability to build scaled strategies while also balancing the need to tailor campaigns and learnings to local market priorities.
