This involves leading corrective actions, establishing operational standards, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, solid project management skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and preferably German. We are seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to join our Berlin office for a 12‑month parental leave. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of our daily workplace operations and support the resolution of outstanding build‑out issues in collaboration with our general contractor and external partners. You will report directly to the Workplace Manager in Berlin and also support the EMEA Operations Manager to ensure alignment of standards, processes, and initiatives at a regional level.
A key part of your responsibility will be to establish and document standards and processes that lay the foundation for seamless daily operations, ensuring long‑term consistency and efficiency in our workplace environment.
