A leading materials company is looking for a Performance Improvement Manager for Eastern Europe. This role involves developing a strong performance culture within the aggregates business, enhancing operational excellence, and coordinating training across multiple sites. Candidates should have a degree in Mining Engineering, at least 5 years of aggregates management experience, and be fluent in English and Polish or Czech. The Performance Improvement (PI) Manager –Eastern Europe role is based in Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania), with the final location to be decided. The position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Europe/AMWA CCA. This position has become available due to the promotion of the previous position holder.
