Can you function as a critical liaison point between the Co-CEOs of Wayfinders Europe and our customers, partners, and internal colleagues? As the Growth initiatives Lead for Europe Wayfinders, you will support the Europe Wayfinders’ Co-CEOs and Leadership Team to operate at peak effectiveness in the management, execution, and acceleration of the Wayfinders’ growth agenda in Europe.
Reporting directly to a Europe Wayfinders’ Co-CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving, and tracking growth and business development related activities, while acting as a key connector – bridging leadership with customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will stay abreast of critical internal and external priorities, and use this knowledge to prioritize activity, ensure alignment with key stakeholders and create high-quality content for both internal meetings and external engagements. You will also help decide the priorities and agendas for key meetings, as well as governing the minutes and actions.
