Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Print Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating digital print machines, including Konica Minolta and HP Large Format Printers. Additionally, proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with other design and production software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain Konica Minolta digital print machines and HP Large Format Printers to ensure high-quality output.
2. Prepare print files, ensuring proper resolution, color accuracy, and file formats for production.
3. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
4. Manage print jobs from setup to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
5. Collaborate with designers and other team members to process and finalize print-ready materials.
6. Work with various substrates and finishing techniques, such as laminating, binding, and cutting.
7. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for minor design modifications and prepress setup.
8. Utilize additional software tools for file preparation, workflow automation, or print production enhancement.
9. Maintain inventory of printing materials and supplies, placing orders as needed.
10. Ensure adherence to company standards for quality control and color consistency.

1. Previous experience in a print production environment is essential.
2. Proficiency in operating Konica Minolta and HP Large Format Printers.
3. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
4. Experience working with other print-related software or RIP software is a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve printer or software issues.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to lift and handle printing materials and supplies as needed.
