We are looking for Executive Headhunters to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. 1. Oversee the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentations to internal clients, and candidate closing.
2. Act as a reference for the internal client and candidates during the process.
3. Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
4. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes.

1. The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
2. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
3. Great self-management capacity.
4. At least two years of recruiting experience (preferred).
5. Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
6. Advanced English level.
