We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.

You will be responsible for learning about BairesDev's overall needs and developing strategies for identifying and attracting senior-level top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You Will Do:

1. Deeply understand BairesDev's overall talent needs and develop strategies for identifying and attracting senior-level top talent.
2. Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
3. Develop prospects into candidates, engage with them, and perform assessment/screening.
4. Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical executive searches.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. 4+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
2. A process-oriented mindset - a proven recruiting track record is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication.
4. Native/Bilingual English level.
