This position reports to Procurement LATAM structure and will be based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil (Hybrid)

What you will do

PMO for Hygiene Materials Procurement Projects is responsible for:

1. Ensuring the successful execution of multiple hygiene materials procurement projects related to cost reduction, complexity reduction, reliability improvement, meeting timelines, and aligning with business objectives.
2. The PMO will drive and support the execution of the sourcing projects and is the point of interaction between the Category Managers, Supply chain functions, R&D, and Franchise.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in project management or related roles, showcasing a track record of successfully managing projects or contributing to project success.
3. Strong analytical abilities to assess project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project information effectively to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and team members.
5. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
6. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during project execution and implement effective solutions.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Language skills: Proficiency in English. Spanish is preferred.
