• Prepare and maintain financial records including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations including GAAP and tax laws.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on time.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances against projections.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries and benefits.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably with 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
