Accountant _ Hospitality Industry (Dubai)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our hospitality business in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry and be currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain financial records and prepare monthly reports.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor payments, manage invoices, and reconcile receivables.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
4. VAT & Compliance: Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
5. Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
6. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
7. Audit & Statutory Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA Inter preferred).
2. 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel industry.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or any ERP system).
4. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
5. Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Modeling).
6. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
