Job Description

The Accountant Corporate Finance is responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of corporate finance principles, and experience in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decision-making.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support tax preparation and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reporting and audits.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls to improve efficiency and security.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple financial projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.
