Role Overview:
We are seeking a digital-savvy and data-driven Head of Digital Sales to lead client acquisition, optimize the sales funnel, and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) for our Dubai operations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management in the GCC region, experience in digital client engagement, and a proven track record in managing sales pipelines and customer relationships in a tech-driven financial environment.

Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning in the UAE. Proven success in client acquisition, AUM growth, and digital wealth management sales. Experience with Sharia-compliant financial products is a plus. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. CFA, CFP, or similar certifications preferred. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
