A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, and a Master's or relevant certifications are a plus. Data Architect – (7+ Years Experience)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures in complex environments
- Experience leading or contributing to large data transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures
- ETL / ELT pipelines and data integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Python / Spark (or equivalent)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of streaming and real-time data architectures (Kafka, event-driven systems)
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks
- Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, lineage, and master data
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, local data regulations)
- Ability to define target-state data architecture and migration roadmaps
- Experience aligning data architecture with enterprise architecture and business strategy
- Strong documentation skills (architecture diagrams, standards, principles)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, security)
- Ability to guide data engineers and analysts technically
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master’s degree or certifications in Data Architecture / Cloud is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
