Electrical Project Manager jobs in Brazil

Al Bany Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Substations to lead high-value electrical substation projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and extensive experience with HV, MV, and LV systems, particularly in 400 KV substation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of substation projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication to meet project goals and address client needs.
3. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities to deliver successful outcomes.
4. Coordinate site activities and liaise with factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Regularly report project status to the Vice President of Projects, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 25 years of experience in electrical engineering projects within the UAE, Oman, and KSA.
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing HV, MV, and LV projects, with mandatory experience in 400 KV substation projects.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage stakeholders.
