Honeywell Industrial Automation is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to drive commercial success and profitability across its operations in META. As Senior Director-CFO, your scope will span all offerings and vertical segments for the region. You will partner with the META leadership team to develop and implement transformational business plans across the portfolio, including organic growth, resource allocation, M&A, cost efficiency, and cash flow management.
As the Senior Director-CFO, you will report directly to the Industrial Automation CFO and serve as a highly visible and impactful member of the META executive leadership team. You will have extensive interface with the Executive Leadership team in Industrial Automation and at the Enterprise level, and will be responsible for building a scalable, best-in-class organization while balancing the growth needs of the business with a rigorous control environment.
Leveraged by the Business President as second-in-command at all aspects of running the business, s/he will serve in a "COO" capacity to monitor and manage operating reviews, budget and forecast reviews, and other operational duties as required. As a true business partner, you will proactively offer insights on how to continuously improve the business, lead the development of future financial strategies, and drive a strong compliance and integrity culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively develop solutions and marshal resources to attain short- and long-term financial outcomes
- Instill a culture that emphasizes accountability and transparency across the region
- Monitor and continually strengthen the controls environment through rigorous analysis and a strong compliance and integrity culture
- Set clear targets, align teams/resources, and controls to deliver results
- Oversee the development of strategic planning, including investments and operating budgets, to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources
- Establish annual financial goals; monitor and analyze performance against these objectives.
- Drive contemporary finance capabilities via adoption of new planning, reporting and advanced analytics technologies and approaches
- Build a scalable, best in class organization, while focusing on ensuring an appropriate balance between a rigorous control environment and the growth needs of the business
- Lead performance management and talent development across the finance function
- Provide leadership in the recruitment, training, and development of top-quality financial talent to ensure the finance organization has a high level of performance and productivity

EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree is required
MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
