NOW HIRING A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Our client is a Real Estate Developer specialising in hospitality projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise the CEO on financial matters and support strategic initiatives for growth.
2. Ensure accurate financial statements, and oversee cash flow, accounting, internal controls, and budget performance.
3. Secure financing, manage banking relationships, negotiate credit lines, and lead fundraising efforts.
4. Build strong relationships with investors and financial institutions, ensuring transparent financial communication.
5. Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and tax laws while implementing financial risk management strategies.
6. Create and execute financial strategies, manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and provide updates to the CEO.
7. Lead finance teams, oversee treasury, audit, tax, and procurement, and enhance financial systems.

Requirements:

1. 18+ years experience
2. 5+ years experience working for a UAE Developer
3. 4+ years in a Director or C-Suite level role
4. A stable work history working for tier 1 companies
5. A track record with change management
6. Previous experience implementing an ERP system
7. Previous experience overseeing a treasury department
8. Hold a relevant industry degree
