Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth across multiple group companies.
Establish and lead a high-performing accounts and finance team, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry.
Develop risk management strategies and financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in the construction industry.
