Job summary
A construction management firm based in Dubai is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee 3-4 projects valued between 500-700 Million AED. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Tier 1/2 Main Contractors in the UAE, strong leadership skills, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects as Operations Manager.
- Handle P&L activities including contract letting and final accounts.

Do you have a track record in the UAE delivering 500-700 Million AED Projects for Building Main Contractors? Do you have the energy and people skills to make an impact across multiple teams & clients?
This Main Contractor based in Dubai needs a capable individual to step up into an Operations Manager role. I would see it as a good old fashioned Contracts Manager role in the UK where you would handle stakeholders, issues, provide leadership and provide solutions & guidance when called upon.
As well as leadership you will be handling a range of P&L activities from letting contracts, meetings with suppliers and closing off final accounts and bonds.

- Confident - able to hold a room and client face throughout the process be that pre or post contract
- Prior UAE experience for a Tier 1/2 Main Contractor
- Degree Educated preferred - Construction Management or Civil Engineering. If candidates has a superb track record of delivery the client may look at HND / Trades Background
- 85% of your career will have been working on the Main Contractor's side handling relevant Building projects
- You will understand design change, people management and program issues
- Able to start employment before February 2026 LATEST
- Clear Commitment to Dubai and long term permanent employment
