As a Property Managers Assistant you'll be an integral part of ensuring the seamless daily operations of our properties. By working closely with experienced property managers you'll gain valuable industry experience while helping to maintain top-quality living environments for tenants. Your excellent organizational abilities and proactive approach will be crucial as you handle a range of administrative responsibilities and foster positive relationships with residents.

• Support the Property Manager by handling administrative duties such as organizing tenant documents, maintaining property files and managing lease agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues by working with maintenance teams or contractors.
• Aid in preparing lease renewals, conducting move-in/move-out inspections and ensuring adherence to property policies.
• Provide assistance in rent collection, payment processing, expense tracking and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Contribute to property marketing efforts by creating online listings, conducting property showings and advertising available units.
• Perform property inspections and document any necessary repairs or improvements to maintain high property standards.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing their concerns, facilitating communication and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

• Must have experience in Real Estate or property management administration.
• Must have a valid UAE Drivers License.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive living experiences.
• Further education in real estate or business is a plus.
• Must be currently available in UAE.

Salary package is 7000 AED plus other benefits provided in UAE Labor Law.
