Overview of Role:
Selling immigration services for various countries.
Role Objectives:
- Manage leads provided in accordance with company systems and processes within acceptable timeframes.
- Achieve and maintain sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients and assess their eligibility under current immigration laws.
- Assist in lead procurement through proactive methods.
- Adapt to evolving job responsibilities in line with business developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain monthly revenue targets.
- Provide clients with accurate information at all times.
- Issue quotations and relevant paperwork/contracts promptly.
- Respond to new leads within 24 hours.
- Submit client data to caseworkers for visa/permit processing.
- Identify and source potential new services for clients.
- Establish partnerships within the immigration industry to generate passive leads.
- Maintain professional relationships with staff and uphold a professional demeanor.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work culture.

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with an unblemished track record.

Compensation:
- Basic Salary: R7,000 - R15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Commission:
- On-target earnings: Average R20,000 per month.
- Senior consultants: Can earn R40,000+ per month.
