Epic Analyst
Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy-trained Epic Analyst to support the optimization of Epic's Willow module. This role bridges clinical expertise and digital transformation, ensuring pharmacy workflows are effectively represented in the Epic system. Responsibilities include collaboration with pharmacy teams, conducting testing, and supporting the implementation of medication management features. Candidates must possess a Pharmacy degree, be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, and have experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
Qualifications
- Must be fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy practice is preferred.
- Prior experience with Epic or other EMR platforms is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to optimize Epic modules.
- Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Translate pharmacy practice requirements into Epic specifications.
- Support implementation of Epic features related to medication management.
- Troubleshoot system issues related to pharmacy workflows.

This role supports Singhealth in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of Epic (Willow module). As a pharmacist‑trained Epic Analyst, you will bridge clinical expertise with digital transformation, ensuring that pharmacy workflows are accurately represented and effectively supported within the Epic system.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to design, configure, and optimise Epic modules related to medication management (mainly Willow).
- Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Translate pharmacy practice requirements into Epic system specifications and workflows.
- Support the implementation and testing of Epic features, including medication ordering, dispensing, and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to pharmacy workflows.
- Participate in change management and quality improvement initiatives involving Epic.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in EMR configurations.
- A degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and hold a current practising certificate
- Experience in hospital pharmacy practice; experience with inpatient medication & pharmacy workflows preferred
- Prior experience with Epic, other EMR platforms and/or pharmacy systems preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders
- Interest in health informatics and digital transformation in healthcare
