We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join our talented team of software, hardware, and RF engineers. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing software/firmware test cases and CI/CD automation that are part of firmware/software releases. They should be a solid contributor and able to design, develop, code, test, and debug software test cases and software test automation.

Core skills:

1. Experience in software test automation.
2. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell script, JavaScript) for software test automation.
3. Strong understanding of CI/CD and software best practices, with experience using tools like Jenkins or Bitbucket pipelines/GitLab CI.

Additional skills:

1. Experience with embedded devices.
2. Knowledge of networking concepts.
3. Experience in the software/system/product development lifecycle.
4. Experience with Linux/WiFi.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in automation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a cross-functional team.
