In your new role you will:

1. Work with IT Business Analyst & Business Process Owner to understand business requirements and propose technical concepts for web applications considering functional & non-functional requirements. This includes creating architecture diagrams, data models, integration using middleware or APIs for on-prem to cloud & cloud to cloud applications integration scenario.
2. Establish technical governance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations and best practices.
3. Provide technical guidance to development team, review design and perform code review (ready-to-do coding) to ensure adherence to established technical guidelines and best practices.
4. Drive DevSecOps automation and quality assurance activities, e.g. CI/CD pipeline creation, test automation, monitoring, static code analysis & security penetration testing.
5. Analyze existing applications and prepare technical roadmap & proposal for modernization and improvements.
6. Provide expert guidance to application teams for troubleshooting application issues related to platform/infrastructure.
7. Research and evaluate new technologies/tools to propose & drive adoption where needed.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields.
2. 7-10 years of software technical solution implementation with at least 2 years of architectural design experience.
3. Hands-on complex web app implementation experience using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC5, Entity Framework, REST API, Excel Macro VBA etc. Additional Java experience is a plus.
4. Experience in Responsive and Interactive UI using frameworks e.g. Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap/ReactJS/Angular/Vue.JS.
5. Experience in deployment of containerized web app on Cloud, e.g. AWS.
6. Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools, Test automation frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps, SonarQube, TestComplete/Playwright etc).
7. In-depth technical know-how and experience in implementing scalable applications with authentication & authorization, integration with enterprise platform solutions (i.e. SAP, MS Dynamics, Exchange/MailServer) running on enterprise network & infrastructure environment.
8. Broad knowledge of various technology platform/framework related to web-application development, low-code development, dashboards, AI etc.
