Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to in-house company users (including regional offices)
• Manage servers, networks (LAN, WAN, VLANs and Wireless), computers, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, door access, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Manage system and network security.
• Assist in IT requirements for onboarding and off-boarding of all employees.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades or modifications to IT systems.
• Manage IT inventory in store.
• Manage software license and domain renewals.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows (10/11/Server), VMware vSphere.
• Technically inclined and hands-on, keen to pick up new technology and skillsets.
• Knowledge of the SAP B1 system is advantageous but not a must.
• Knowledge or past experience in IoT implementation would be advantageous but not a must.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Candidate with strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and relevant experience can be considered for the manager role.
