We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is the first RWA DeFi protocol leveraging Big-data & AI to connect on-chain investors to sustainable and uncorrelated yields from real-world private credit.

We are looking for a superstar DeFi Marketing & Community Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the DeFi space and be able to craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness. This role involves handling their content strategy, brand building, community engagement, social media management, managing events, managing their marketing website and leading their token launch (TGE) campaign.

• Token Launch (TGE) Campaign: Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign for our token launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful TGE.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage a robust content strategy that includes blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other digital content to educate and engage our community.
• Brand Building: Shape and maintain our brand voice and identity across all channels, crafting compelling narratives around our brand, products, and community to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant, active community on social media platforms such as Discord, Telegram, X, and other relevant channels, promptly addressing community questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with other projects, influencers, and media outlets in the DeFi/Web3 space.
• Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage events such as webinars, AMAs, and community meetups, representing the company at various Web3 events, conferences, and meetups.
• Website Management: Oversee the management of our marketing website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO), analyzing website performance and implementing improvements to drive traffic and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in DeFi/Web3 marketing, proven in the form of a portfolio or individual samples.
• Proven experience in maximizing sales, market reach, and community growth through social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and governance forums as primary channels; Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube are a plus).
• Experience managing various marketing channels/strategies, organizing and leading AMAs, and managing successful PR campaigns, including press release writing and distribution; history of securing media coverage.
