About the role

Carpe Diem @ Hilltop Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool English Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This full-time role is located in the Yio Chu Kang North-East Region and will involve teaching and nurturing young minds through engaging and age-appropriate English language instruction.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan and deliver interactive, play-based English lessons that foster language development and a love of learning in preschool children.
2. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.
3. Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement the school's curriculum and educational programmes.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and development.
5. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address any concerns.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.

What we're looking for

1. A Certificate, Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
2. At least 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting.
3. Strong English proficiency, both oral and written, with the ability to engage young learners.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. A creative and adaptable teaching style that caters to the diverse needs of young learners.
6. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of children.
