Job description

Refine teaching and learning approaches aligned to Bright Kids curriculum.
Refine classroom management strategies and strategies to observe while documenting children’s learning progress.
Engage children meaningfully through the customization of curriculum and use of appropriate pedagogy.
Implement differentiated teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of children.
Inculcate the core values of Early Childhood Education through classroom activities and programmes.
Design quality learning environments.
Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children through classroom curriculum and programmes.
Implement the appropriate course of action for the protection of children.
Adhere to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards.
Strengthen home-centre partnerships.
Co-lead collaborative projects with community stakeholders.
Guide colleagues to engage in continuous learning and reflective practice.
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration.
