Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities aligned with relevant frameworks. Customize classroom management strategies and create quality learning environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration with families and the community. Execute communication strategies to build strong partnerships.
• Family and Community Programs: Develop and guide outreach activities, ensuring continuity of care and learning between home and the Center.
• Routine Caregiving: Review and improve caregiving practices, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Professional Development: Mentor junior educators, propose improvements for professional practice, and promote the Center's vision and values.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH), Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE), Early Childhood Studies (ECS), Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE), or Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education.
• Singaporean only
