About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chinese or English Infant Educarer/Preschool Teacher to join our team at WCHESTER PRESCHOOLERS PTE. LTD. in the Redhill/ Tanglin Central Region. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and experiences for infants and preschool children

• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment that supports the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of each child

• Observe and document children's progress, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's individual needs

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

• Actively participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with a specialisation in Chinese or English language

• Experience working with infants and/or preschool children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments

• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing the highest quality of care and learning experiences

• Singaporean citizenship is required for this role
