Technician, Production

We’re looking to add a Technician, Production in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in GES Marsiling.

We are looking for someone motivated, willing to learn and who is a strong team player. You will be welcomed into our closely knit team and will be given many opportunities to grow with us. You can expect a supportive and fast-paced environment where your contributions will be recognized.

You will support the production for first level investigation of assembly and test issues, maintenance of MES, manufacturing tools and equipment, provide on the job training to operators and support Product Engineers to carry out failure analysis.

1. Troubleshooting of Product failures at Production Line and customer returns
2. Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting of Jigs/Fixtures, Testers at Production line
3. Liaise with Engineers for issues such as material quality issues, process issues and other issues for short term containment actions and permanent solutions.
4. Assist the operators for the rework that may be required in the production.
5. Assist Engineers in the Root Cause Analysis by carrying out investigations on failed products
6. Support process improvement activities.
7. Provide on job training and assessment to operators.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

1. Higher Nitec, Nitec or related technical certifications i.e. NTC certificates.
2. GCE 'O' / 'N' Level holders with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Minimum 2 years of Experience in Manufacturing environment with experience in troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical products and PCBA.
4. Open to candidates without the necessary work experience as long as you are willing to learn!
