Assistant QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. - Administer quality related activities.
2. - Define and develop quality control plan as per customer’s requirements.
3. - Prepare pre-production document for customer approval.
4. - Collaborate with cross-functional team in conducting investigation and analysis of customer complaint / non-conformances.
5. - Drive CAPA process and analyse trends for improvements.
6. - Investigate, analyse and resolve product deficiency.
7. - Ensure that quality system requirements are implemented and maintained.
8. - Prepare and update internal standard procedures and instructions.
9. - Maintain and improve Quality Management System.
10. - Evaluate Quality System issues and procedural compliance.
11. - Support customer audits and 3rd party inspection routines.
12. - Perform vendor evaluation and re-evaluation.
13. - Plan, conduct and/or lead internal QMS audit as assigned.
14. - Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. - Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
2. - Well versed with Quality Management System requirements.
3. - Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
4. - Experience working as lead/ internal auditor for QMS.
5. - Proficiency in quality tools and measurement skills.
6. - Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
