Assistant QA Engineer
Job description
Responsibilities:
- - Administer quality related activities.
- - Define and develop quality control plan as per customer’s requirements.
- - Prepare pre-production document for customer approval.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional team in conducting investigation and analysis of customer complaint / non-conformances.
- - Drive CAPA process and analyse trends for improvements.
- - Investigate, analyse and resolve product deficiency.
- - Ensure that quality system requirements are implemented and maintained.
- - Prepare and update internal standard procedures and instructions.
- - Maintain and improve Quality Management System.
- - Evaluate Quality System issues and procedural compliance.
- - Support customer audits and 3rd party inspection routines.
- - Perform vendor evaluation and re-evaluation.
- - Plan, conduct and/or lead internal QMS audit as assigned.
- - Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- - Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
- - Well versed with Quality Management System requirements.
- - Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
- - Experience working as lead/ internal auditor for QMS.
- - Proficiency in quality tools and measurement skills.
- - Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
