As the leader of a team consisting of highly skilled architects and technical specialists, you are responsible for executing our technical strategy. You and your 10 direct reports (Enterprise Architects, Solutions Architects, and technical specialists), who are located across the Nordics and Baltics, translate our business goals and our strategy into technology. You guide both your own team and other departments, and you communicate progress and results with our business stakeholders. This role is located in either Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö), Denmark (Ballerup, Aarhus), or Norway (Drammen).
Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. We believe you are an experienced leader, having experience in leading people in multiple locations, preferably from the Service Provider business or equivalent. You use your results-oriented mindset to constantly improve your area and our overall business.

You will lead the team virtually using modern tools, continuously working towards Atea's goals.
