Required Competencies and Skills

- 5+ years of general IT application/system development or production support.
- 3+ years of Pega and/or Enterprise CRM application development, production configuration and release, and maintenance.
- Added advantage with experience in Enterprise CRM application, framework, and BPM tool design and support, including supporting applications in the Banking Industry.
- Added advantage with strong technical knowledge on Pega PRPC 7.1 .x.
- Strong technical knowledge (3+ years of experience) in Consulting in areas of Pega/CRM development and design. General experience with Pega creating flows, defining rules, creating classes, developing templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UIs in PRPC.
- Should have been involved in the development of a minimum of 2 PRPC projects or Enterprise CRM applications.
- Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success.
- General experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out, and application maintenance.
- Experience in architecture design role is an added advantage.
- Great communication skills with good analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to follow up with external teams to drive action items to completion.
- Self-confidence and experience in a consulting, client-facing role.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on applications.
- Perform all tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for the application and provide upgrades to the same.
- Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors to ensure effective application services and reliability of all applications.
- Analyze all business processes and ensure compliance with all controlled processes according to business requirements.
- Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
- Provide operational support to all production practices.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all teams.
- Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
- Coordinate with various teams and raise support tickets for all issues, analyze root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
