Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Disciplines, or equivalent technical certification or experience.

Required Competencies and Skills

(Essential to succeed in this job)

  1. 5+ years of general IT application/system development or production support.
  2. 3+ years of Pega and/or Enterprise CRM application development, production configuration and release, and maintenance.
  3. Added advantage with experience in Enterprise CRM application, framework, and BPM tool design and support, including supporting applications in the Banking Industry.
  4. Added advantage with strong technical knowledge on Pega PRPC 7.1 .x.
  5. Strong technical knowledge (3+ years of experience) in Consulting in areas of Pega/CRM development and design. General experience with Pega creating flows, defining rules, creating classes, developing templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UIs in PRPC.
  6. Should have been involved in the development of a minimum of 2 PRPC projects or Enterprise CRM applications.
  7. Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
  8. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success.
  9. General experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out, and application maintenance.
  10. Experience in architecture design role is an added advantage.
  11. Great communication skills with good analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  12. Able to follow up with external teams to drive action items to completion.
  13. Self-confidence and experience in a consulting, client-facing role.

Roles/Responsibilities

  1. Assist and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on applications.
  2. Perform all tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for the application and provide upgrades to the same.
  3. Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors to ensure effective application services and reliability of all applications.
  4. Analyze all business processes and ensure compliance with all controlled processes according to business requirements.
  5. Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
  6. Provide operational support to all production practices.
  7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all teams.
  8. Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
  9. Coordinate with various teams and raise support tickets for all issues, analyze root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies, and procedures.
  11. Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
