POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, HR (Talent Acquisition) will become a key member of the Malaysia operations leadership team supporting and improving the human capital productivity and organizational effectiveness aligned with the organization’s business objectives. The Manager, HR (Talent Acquisition) will partner with members of the business leadership team and HR peers to lead and execute end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, human resource and operations functions pertaining to foreign workers, customization of HR practices and handling of the full scope of the employee life-cycle.
