Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.

  • Leading process standardization initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, efficiency and insight via data (market data).

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of procurement data across various systems and platforms.

  • Analyze business scenario and work closely with Process Manager to determine the correct solution, ensuring the solutions meet business needs and are carried out in accordance with global compliance standards.

  • Work closely with AP Team Leader to understand and gather operation requirements.

  • Provide preliminary assessment on system capabilities against business requirements with the support and consultation from P2P RPA consultant.

Global Collaboration:

  • Lead and facilitate collaboration with tactical sourcing teams across APAC, EMEA, LAO, and NA regions. Ensure data-driven insights are seamlessly integrated into regional sourcing strategies. Act as a central point of contact and best practices champion for global procurement alignment.

  • Provide ongoing support and expertise in day-to-day AP operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement / Training:

  • Identify and drive opportunities for process enhancements across all regions –APAC / EMEA / LAO / NA such as Cost Saving / Working Capital by implementing P card / Virtual card/ Supplier Financing Programs and catalog usage in order to meet the target of USD11m.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Work with Global Process Architect to develop training program for Tactical Sourcing Buyers to upskill the team, provide expert guidance on visual management system, improvement of controls, and improve overall process performance.

Projects / Migrations:

  • Perform UAT on the business solutions, implementation, monitoring, and provision of post-implementation support.

  • Participate in Global / Regional AP projects impacting the P2P operations, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation support.

  • Support migration of new work to Global team by working with GPO, Procurement Leaders.

  • Attend regular team meetings (with respective Global Stakeholders) to understand the concerns and operational issues from respective teams and provide insights.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

  • Degree in finance or accounting or related qualification.

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in procurement and handling accounts payable processes.

  • Reports Automation knowledge desired (Tableau, Power BI, Celonis, Coupa Analytics, Global Spend Analytics).

  • Experience with setting up and calculating SLA, KPI, and Data Analytics.

  • Experience in managing migrations and process improvement projects.

  • Good command of verbal and written English. Good command of any other Asian language would be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, management skills, influencing skills, and organizational/coordination skills with the ability to influence stakeholders towards a common goal.
