Job Title: Human Resources Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening candidate profiles from various Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Attracting and hiring the right candidate for the role
• Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals to understand the company's processes and procedures
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding processes
• Preparing and maintaining employee records, reporting sheets, and other documentation
• Assisting in drafting HR-related communications and announcements
• Responding to HR-related inquiries from employees
• Assisting in research, analysis, and problem-solving as needed
• Compiling and managing payroll data, including leave records, working hours, and other important documents
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
• Conducting disciplinary actions

• Monitoring employee progress and staying abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of recruitment experience (possibly in a relevant field)
• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Must have completed his/her Graduation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Coachable and open to learning
