Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
Create the company’s supply chain strategy and analyze end to end data.
Develops process and supply flow to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
Finalize prices of delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
Schedule and execute periodic evaluations to ensure suppliers are adhering to pricing contracts and agreements.
Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
Identify and manage possibility within the supply chain by addressing tactical and strategic supply chain issues.
Evaluation and report the key parameter of Team.
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of team members with efficient utilization of resources.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain/ Business or related field required.
5 to 7 years of experience as a supervisory/ Asst. Manager, or relevant position required.
