Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth development processes and timely product releases.
Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and product performance.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product's functionality, capabilities, and technical aspects to provide informed support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to track the success of launched products and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated product management experience in the consumer internet industry
A total of 5+ years of professional experience, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of the business landscape.
Preferably from a Tier-I Institute.
Experience in gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision-making
Creative, resourceful,detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on ability to work under pressure & deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
Well-versed in data analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field of study. A Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, not mandatory
