1. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in government oil and gas organisations, including Pertamina, to create opportunities for collaboration.
2. Tender Process Management: Oversee the entire tender lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
3. Strategic Networking: Leverage existing networks and build new connections within government agencies and oil and gas entities to enhance the company's market presence.
4. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyse government procurement trends and regulatory changes in the oil and gas sector to identify potential opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, legal, and finance, to ensure tender requirements are met and proposals are competitive and aligned with client needs.

1. Extensive Industry Experience: Brings 12-15 years of proven experience in the oil and gas sector.
2. Strong Network in Government Oil and Gas: Possesses established and warm relationships with key stakeholders in government oil and gas organizations, ensuring seamless engagement and collaboration.
3. Expertise in Upstream Operations: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the upstream sector, with strong connections to decision-makers within the industry.
4. Proven Relationship Management: Extensive experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders in government and oil and gas entities, driving business opportunities and trust.
5. Tender Process Proficiency: Skilled in navigating the tender process, including prequalification, bid preparation, and negotiation, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
