OPERATION MANAGER – OIL AND GAS

Jakarta

We are seeking a candidate to plan, direct, and coordinate the company’s operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, Workshop Operation, inventory management, Services Management, and Project Execution.
• Manage work flow between operations and other functions such as sales and purchasing.
• Coordinate and communicate with principal and customer to solve any obstacles.
• Monitor high levels of quality and efficiency in operation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and operation processes.
• Mentor and develop team; appraise performance; reward and discipline; and resolve problems.
• Manage a fast pace of work and maintain a positive environment with good team spirit.

Requirements:

• Management and operations experience, especially in the Oil and Gas business.
• Strong knowledge of Pump products and Pipeline Maintenance & Inspections.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Strong track record of implementing process improvements.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
