SALES MANAGER (OIL & GAS)

• Market development plan strategy and market prospect analysis
• Developing new customer networks and nurturing customer relationships
• Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing or new customers
• Consulting with customers to identify, clarify, and resolve their needs
• Investigating and qualifying inquiries from customers (technically & commercially)

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 with a technical background (Electrical, Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales/marketing in technical products (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental items)
• Having a good relationship with BUMN/Government, Oil & Gas Networking.
• Outgoing personality, self-starter, self-motivated, diligent, hardworking, analytical, excellent attitudes, teamwork, goal-oriented, and possessing leadership qualities.
• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
• Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with customers
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, willingness to learn, innovative, possessing high self-initiative and maturity level, proactive/self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving capacity
• Positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independently
• Good English for both conversation & correspondence is a must
