QHSE Officer (Offshore)

Experience: 1-2 years in HSE Offshore Oil and Gas Shipping/ Marine

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude: SMK3, CSMS, PTW, Internal Audit, ISM Code, ISPS, MLC, Incident Investigation, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; Loto or General Ak3 or Oil and Gas K3

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist HSE Managers and HSE Supervisors in implementing programs at the office and on ships in accordance with national and international rules and regulations.
• Assist in carrying out periodic HSE inspections/internal audits in the office and on ships according to the inspection schedule and log NC status of each Finding report from Audit, Inspection, Visit, Finding Card.
• Measure the work environment both in the office and on the ship and monitor the risk and hazard analysis on the ship.
• Develop KPI and HSE Dosier every month for each ship.
• Help the HSE Manager to create lessons learned and sketches during investigations.
• Create a Safety Campaign and socialize it to ships every month.
• Conduct Internal Vessel and Office Training as scheduled.
• Monitor monthly visit reports and inspections from branch offices.
• Develop a drug and alcohol test result report with the QHSE Supervisor.
• Assist in the development of manuals and procedures.
