As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs. This role is designated to be working with our client in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually stunning and user-centric interface designs for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
6. Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain design consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

1. Min. 1 year of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and design thinking.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
6. Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
8. Willing to work with our client in Jakarta (WFO)
