Job Description

Job Title: Sustainability and Performance Coordinator

Salary: Commencing at £30,523 with progression to £33,349 per annum

Closing Date: 2025-04-16

What You Will Do:

1. Provide support including day to day management of the Building Management System (BMS).
2. Act as an internal system super user for the BMS to ensure it is used to its full potential.
3. Create monthly reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
4. Monitor and review accuracy of utilities invoices and charges.
5. Support in collating data and completing the annual SECR (Streamlined Energy Carbon Report) spreadsheet for the Group and individual sub-groups.
6. Support in the creation of the internal carbon footprint report and outcomes of progress.
7. Explore opportunities and project funding to improve sustainability attributes, resources and carbon reduction for the group.

Must have:

1. GCSE English & Maths at grade C/Level 4 or equivalent.
2. Professional qualification or portfolio demonstrating significant experience of working on sustainability and/or environment management systems.
3. Experience of organising and coordinating events/activities for different audiences.
4. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
5. Experience of using project management methodologies.
6. Ability to build effective working relationships, within and across teams, to plan for and deliver long-term solutions.
7. Must be IT savvy with experience of using Microsoft Office & Google Applications.
