We're hiring for multiple roles to support our Neighbourhoods during our summer peak season. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can hit the ground running, love engaging with people and have excellent customer service experience, this could be the perfect temporary opportunity for you.
You will join a team of experienced professionals at a company that has been the leading Build to Rent operator in London and the UK since 2013, with recent expansion bringing our total to seven thriving Neighbourhoods nationwide. You will receive comprehensive training to set you up for success and get the best out of your experience with us.
You will need to be available to start from early/mid-May and commit through to the end of October (extensions to contracts may be available).

As an experienced maintenance professional, you will provide operational support for daily maintenance issues in a timely manner, including basic repairs, painting and decorating.
Your proven track record preparing properties to a high standard for viewings and your excellent face-to-face customer service skills will be crucial for ensuring maximum occupancy.
As a primary customer facing representative for Get Living you will meet targets for pricing, occupancy and revenue, driving excellent customer service from first enquiry to move-in.
Using exceptional communication skills, you will engage with current and prospective residents to handle a wide variety of leasing enquiries and follow up activities, ensuring an efficient resident journey.
Engage with residents and customers to provide advice and guidance about our Neighbourhoods and available properties.
With your efficient administrative skills and customer service, you will process incoming enquiries, leasing administration, new tenancies and keep systems up to date.
