We are looking for an experienced and qualified property manager to head our complex repairs team. You will be managing teams of trade operatives to ensure the delivery of complex repairs including mould and damp, disrepair and complaint repairs.
This is a high profile role that has a significant impact on the safety and comfort of our customers and their homes.
You will have excellent technical building knowledge and experience of managing internal and external repairs teams. Data driven, you will be capable of working to tight deadlines and comfortable under pressure.
The complex repairs team sits within our property services directorate and you will be working with committed and capable professionals in a large multiskilled team delivering repairs and maintenance services.
